Low Season 15 Oct 07 - 29 Mar 08 £220 per week Minimum stay 1 week

Mid Season  29 Mar 08 - 21 Jun 08 £310 per week Minimum stay 1 week

High Season  21 Jun 08 - 1 Sep 08 £450 per week Minimum stay 1 week

Mid Season  1 Sep 08 - 1 Nov 08 £310 per week Minimum stay 1 week

Low Season 1 Nov 08 - 1 Jan 09 £220 per week Minimum stay 1 week

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

A booking only becomes firm on receipt of a deposit payment of £150. Full payment is due eight weeks before departure date. Bookings made within eight weeks of departure, then full payment is due at time of booking.

A fully refundable damage deposit of £150 is required when you make the final payment. Once we have recieved confirmation from the maintenance company at Costa Esuri that the apartment has been left in perfect order, this will be returned to you promptly

If cancellation is necessary after payment then the following terms apply:
Prior to 5 weeks booking commencement date 100% refund except initial deposit.
5 weeks of booking commencement date will recieve 50% refund.
3 weeks of booking commencement date will recieve no refund.
The Damage deposit of £150 remains fully refundable
